Cookie Policy
Last updated: April 22, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Skyrelis, Inc. ("Skyrelis," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on skyrelis.com(the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember preferences, and provide analytics. Similar technologies include pixels, local storage, and SDKs.
2. Categories of Cookies We Use
- Strictly Necessary — Required for the Site to function and cannot be disabled. The only item we store in this category is a small first-party flag,
skyrelis_cookie_consent, saved in your browser'slocalStorage. It records whether you accepted or declined non-essential cookies so we don't show the banner on every page. It contains no personal data, no identifier, and is never transmitted to our servers or to any third party. - Analytics — Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics (cookie names beginning with
_ga). These are loaded only after you click "Accept all". - Functional — Remember preferences such as form data and UI state.
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
What Happens If You Decline
We implement Google Consent Mode v2 with all storage categories set to denied by default. When you click Decline:
- No Google Analytics cookies (
_ga,_ga_*) are written. - No advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies are set — we do not use them.
- Google's tag may still send a cookieless "consent signal" ping so that aggregate, non-identifying modeling is possible, but no client ID, user profile, or cross-site identifier is collected.
- The only thing stored locally is the
skyrelis_cookie_consentflag described above.
3. Managing Your Preferences
On your first visit, a banner allows you to Accept or Declinenon-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clicking the button below or by clearing cookies in your browser.
4. Browser Controls and Global Privacy Control
Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies through their settings. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under California law.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
