    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYRELIS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

    6. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Mateo County, California.

    7. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
